Breast Forms
NATURAL LIGHT
Natural Light breast forms are available in two distinctive styles. Natural Light's
are produced using a light weight silicone gel and are 30% lighter than traditional
breast forms and are shaped and weighted for use after less radical surgery and
immediately after surgery.
Available in ivory or tawny colors.

Symmetrical teardrop shape, specifically designed for recent surgery patients having
less tissue removed, with molded nipple. Can be worn on the left or right side.

Symmetrical triangle shaped design. Made with special lightweight silicone gel, providing a breast form that is 30% lighter than standard breast forms. Perfect for women with lymphadema or osteoporosis. With molded nipple, it can be worn on the left or right side.

COMFORT SERIES
The COMFORT Series offers a firm shape and a natural, soft feel. Made with COMFORTABLE
fabric backing for superior moisture resistance and increased air flow for extra
COMFORT. As are our other forms, the COMFORT series is made with 100% silicone gel
and manufactured using patent-pending processes creating an air-tight, leak proof
form.

COMFORT-LITE
A totally unique three-layered breast prosthesis that combines silicone gel, polyurethane
beads and a hypoallergenic fabric backing that combines all of the desired features
into one breast form: light weight, superior breathe-ability, durability and comfort.
COMFORT-LITE forms provide maximum individualized contouring and shaping flexibility
after mastectomies, lumpectomies and breast reconstruction. Also, helps to minimize
the affect of hypoplasia irregularities, uneven or underdeveloped breasts. Especially
suited for wear during physical activity. Approximately 40-45% lighter than our
deluxe series.
Available in sizes 1-15. Ivory.

Comfort-Tex Deluxe Triangle. Unique two layer construction with soft fabric backing.
Shaped and weighted for a balanced fit in the bra, with molded nipple. Can be worn
on the left or right side.

ITEM NO. 1875
A revolutionary new design that combines the flexibility of fabric backing, self-attaching
adhesive and lightweight silicone gel. Comfort-Flex provides a safe, hypo-allergenic
softer touch fabric backing that can be placed against the chest wall for increased
air flow and moisture resistance. For the ultimate in multiple use breast forms,
simply remove the fabric backing and attach the Comfort-Flex form in a properly
fitted bra. Ideal for use with high-fashion clothing and convenient to be worn anywhere.
Available in sizes 1-10. Ivory.
Note: Not recommended for use without a properly fitted bra.
DELUXE SERIES
Traditional weighted breast forms are ideal for fuller figures, usually following
partial to radical surgeries. Available in two styles. The Deluxe Series is made
with 100% silicone gel and manufactured using patent-pending process creating an
air-tight, leak proof form. Available in Ivory and Tawny colors.

fit in the bra, with molded nipple. Can be worn on the left or right side.

PARTIAL AND ENHANCING FORMS
Silicone partial and enhancing forms are designed to produce a soft and natural
feeling and to cover portions of the breast immediately after minor or reconstructive
surgery. Effectively adds one or two full cups sizes to your natural breast size.
100% waterproof.
ITEM NO. 1856
Shell triangle is designed for complete flexibility, for use as a full-size, partial
or enhancing breast form. Ideally suited for augmentation and restoration of the
breast contour.
Available in sizes 1- 11.
ITEM NO. 1857
Translucent silicone form adapts to all varieties of skin tones. Its firm symmetrical
shape design maintains balance and prevents possible shifting. Ideal for all activities,
including water. Unique skin is unaffected by salt water, chlorinated water or saunas.
Best used with a properly fitted post-mastectomy swimsuit. Can be used for leisure
wear or swimming.
Available in sizes S-M-L-XL-XXL-3XL and 4XL.

DIAMOND SHAPE
The Diamond is a partial form large enough to cover the entire breast. Perfect solution
for post-lumpectomy cases, upper breast fullness needs and produces a smooth, balanced
appearance. Can be worn on the left or right side. One size only.

CRESCENT SHAPE
Partial form that was developed to cover only a small portion of the breast, usually
on the bottom or side, provides excellent coverage after breast conserving and reconstruction
surgeries. Completely flexible for use on the left or right side. One size only.
